HistoryMesa Springs was developed in 1988 as part of the Hendrick Health System. Hendrick Health System approached Sears Methodist Retirement System, Inc. to purchase their retirement living campus at Mesa Springs, and after several months of discussion, Sears Methodist Retirement System acquired the campus on April 1, 2008.
