Design / Details Meadow Lake will be located in Tyler, Texas, 4 1/2 miles outside Loop 323 off the Old Jacksonville Hwy at CR 165, just inside Loop 49. Under construction now, the campus is situated on 92 acres and will have 57 executive homes, 80 apartment homes, 40 assisted living homes and 30 nursing care (Free 2 Live) homes. The nursing Free 2 Live concept will be new for Meadow Lake.
