How many residents can you accommodate?
We can accommodate 120 residents.

Is there an age limit?
Yes, you must be 60 or older to reside at the Garrison Center.

Do you have Assisted Living?
No, we are strictly a long-term care facility.

Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes, but we have a limited number of Medicaid beds, and we currently have a waiting list for those Medicaid beds.

How do I get on the Medicaid waiting list?
Call the campus and visit with one of the admissions staff members. They will be happy to take your information and enter it into the list.

Are your wings secured?
Yes, we have three wings that specialize in Alzheimer's and Dementia care, and all are secured.

How often is a nurse in the building?
We are staffed 24 hours a day with nurses and certified nurse aides.

Do you accept Long-Term Care insurance?
Yes, we accept all Long-Term Care insurance policies and will be happy to help you file with them.

Do you have a beauty shop?
Yes, we have a beauty shop on the campus and the beautician is here 3 days a week.

Do you have activities?
Yes, we have a very busy activities team that is here 7 days a week.
