What levels of care do you offer?
We have independent living apartments and cottages for active senior adults. We offer assisted living with two levels of care.  Our nursing suites offer Medicare-skilled nursing, rehab and long-term care nursing. Also, we also provide Alzheimer's care. 

Do you have any available suites for nursing care or Alzheimer's care? 
This changes on a daily basis.  Please contact our Marketing Director to inquire about your individual needs.

Are your cottages for sale or rental?
We have entrance fees for our cottages.  An entrance fee gives the resident the right to occupy a cottage.  The resident is not purhasing the cottage; title to the property stays with The Craig.  The entrance fees are generally comparable to the housing costs for similar homes in Amarillo, and they are 90% refundable when the cottage is re-occupied after you move out.

Do apartments have entrance fees?
No, apartments are available on a month to month rental with no entrance fee.

How can I add my name to your "future resident" wait list for an apartment or cottage?
A deposit of $1000 is required to secure your name on the wait list, which is 100%, fully refundable should you choose not to become a resident at The Craig.  Contact our marketing director, Leslie Nix, for more information on current availability of apartments and cottages and the wait list.
