Can I live at the Canyons if I receive only Social Security?
We are based on income, and our mission is to serve seniors who cannot afford market rate apartments and do not qualify for government assistance.

Do we serve meals?
We serve a noon meal everyday, and three main entree alternatives are always available.

Do you have transportation?
We have a bus to take residents to medical appointments on Tuesdays and on outings with our activity coordinator on Thursdays.

Are there washer/dryer hookups in the apartments?
No, however we have fully equipped laundry rooms on every floor and there is no charge to use them.

Is it safe to live at The Canyons?
Yes, it is a safe, secure place to live.  We are a gated community with 24 hour security.  All residents are issued a swipe card and they are able to come and go as they please.  All visitors, home health personnel and contractors must come in through the front door and sign in.  The desk is always staffed.
